Antenatal Classes

We provide Antenatal consultations for – Preconception lifestyle modifications, Garbha Sanskar, General guidelines to being healthy during pregnancy, Pregnancy diet and nutrition with sample diet plan, managing relationships, managing physical and mental stress, preparation for breastfeeding, Do’s and Don’ts during pregnancy….

We also conduct workshops and classes in small batches:

Pregnancy classes highlights: General guidelines to being healthy during pregnancy, Maternal diet and nutrition with sample diet plan, Exercise plan during pregnancy – Do’s and Don’ts, managing relationships and physical intimacy, managing physical and mental stress, Preparation of breastfeeding, Preparing for labour and childbirth.
     

  2. ‘Scientific Garbha Sanskar’ classes highlights: Science behind Garbha Sanskar and long-term benefits to your baby, How to Practice Garbha Sanskar at home, Traditional vs Scientific Garbha Sanskar, How to stay happy during pregnancy, Pregnancy Music, Pregnancy Meditation , Pregnancy Diet , Yoga during pregnancy, Bonding with your unborn baby.
     

  3. ‘Breastfeeding – why, when, how, how much?’ highlights: Basics about breastfeeding, why to breastfeed? Different positions, taking care of yourself while lactating, Diet during lactation, Milk supply, Common issues while breastfeeding, when to seek help? Alternatives to breastfeeding.
     

  4. ‘Caring for the little one’ highlights: In this class you will learn how to- Sooth a crying infant, Swaddle and carry your infant, massage your infant safely in a relaxing manner, Massage in special situations, When and how to bathe your baby without being nervous, Skin and hair-care in newborns, Baby wearing.
     

  5. Think fathers’ highlights: An exclusive one-hour workshop just for couples/fathers … Why fathers matter? New age fathers, dealing with fatherhood -physical and mental changes in fathers, impact fathers can create on their infants, managing relationships posts childbirth.
